Tell us what part you need.We put it on your dock.
We find it, buy it, fly it, get it through customs and deliver it. You pay one price that covers all of that.
Book a callToday
One missing part is a project.
- 01You find out on a Tuesday that the line stops in three weeks.
- 02You email everyone you can think of. Some answer. Some answer in a currency you did not ask for.
- 03The cheapest quote turns out not to include the freight. The fastest one does not include the import tax.
- 04You pick one, and then you own it — the forwarder, the broker, the forms, the phone calls.
- 05It lands late, and you still cannot say what the part actually cost you.
You do two things. We do the rest.
What we get
- Electronic components
- ICs, passives, connectors, semiconductors
- Machined and mechanical
- Bearings, gears, actuators, castings, fasteners, seals
- Assemblies and equipment
- Pumps, motors, machine tools, production equipment
One part that is holding up a build, or every line on a bill of materials.
Where we deliver
- United States
- Europe and the UK
- Central Asia
We buy from wherever the part actually is, and handle the import into all three.

01 — Sourced
We ask every supplier at the same time
We keep track of who is allowed to sell your part. We ask all of them at once instead of one at a time, then give you a single price that already has shipping, import tax and delivery to your door in it.

02 — In transit
Customs is finished before the plane lands
We own the part while it travels, so there is no point where one company hands your problem to another. The customs forms are filled in and checked while it is still in the air.

03 — Landed
It turns up, and the paperwork is already done
We tell your team when the truck is coming. When it arrives we check what is in the box against what you ordered and what you were charged, so nobody on your side has to.
The hard part
Anyone can send you a price. We hold it.
A quote is easy on the day it is written. What matters is the week something goes wrong — because something usually does. Here is where that lands.
- Our supplier misses the date
- We buy it somewhere else and eat the difference.
- Freight doubles the week we ship
- Ours.
- Customs charges more than we expected
- Ours.
- The currency moves against us
- Ours.
- The wrong thing turns up in the box
- We take it back and replace it. You do not chase anyone.
The price we give you is the price you pay.
Once you say yes, the price and the date stop moving. There is no second bill, no adjustment at the border, and no line at the end for something nobody mentioned at the start.
Our margin is already inside that number. Compare it against what the part really costs you today, once freight, import tax, brokerage and your own team’s hours are counted.
Illustration — what one price contains
- Part, from the source
- Included
- Air freight and handling
- Included
- Import tax and clearance
- Included
- Truck to your door
- Included
- You pay
- One number
- You pay it
- Once
We usually come back the same day with that number and a date. Both are fixed the moment you approve them.
By the time it is on your shelf
You did two things.
- Told us the part.
- Said yes to a price.
No portal to log into, no forwarder to call, no spreadsheet reconciling four invoices against one delivery.
We did the rest
- Found who is licensed to sell it
- Asked all of them at once
- Checked the part is genuine
- Priced the freight
- Booked the space on the plane
- Paid the supplier
- Paid the carrier
- Filled in the customs forms
- Paid the import tax
- Cleared it at the border
- Booked the truck to your door
- Checked the box against your order
Who you are dealing with
Spanparts is new. The people are not.
We have spent years importing industrial goods into Uzbekistan — through Jaquar and Musaffo — which means customs paperwork, licensed sourcing, currency swings and border delays are not new problems to us. They are the job we already do, in a market that forgives none of them.
Doing it into the United States and Europe is the same work against easier rules. That is the whole bet, and it is why we are willing to put the price and the date in writing.
Tell us about a part you are waiting on.
Pick the one that is holding up a build. We will come back with a price and a date. Then you can decide if it beats what you have.
